Free gift card

Hi I signed up for ee broadband and went live on the 9th February.  When I signed up it mentioned a gift card I would recieve after a few months but up to now I have not recieved no email or txt about this . I am looking for some help regarding this and look forward to a reply.

Where did you sign up for broadband, was this on the EE Shop or a third party site? 

Do you know how much the gift card was for?

You would need to give customer services a call about this.

Did you sign up directly with EE or through another site? I have not seen EE offering a gift card, but other ISP's normally have details and links on what and when to expect things, and who to contact.

But also have you checked your junk folder?

These offers typically are time limited, you may already have left it too late!

If the promotion was offered by a third party, please contact them directly for help with claiming your gift card.
