I have recently signed up for a TV and Broadband deal and was told on the phone that the first months bill would be free. However I am being billed from day 1. Any ideas how I raise / resolve this.

@TiPi68 Welcome to the forum. This happened to me you need to raise a formal complaint about the matter with EE after which I got what the sales person promised.

Was the free 3 months listed on your confirmation email?
Fingers crossed this should all be logged in the order details, so if you reach out to our customer care team they'll be able to take a look into getting this sorted for you.
