I changed my wifi password a while back and have now forgotten it. How do I retrieve this?

@Nix5   You factory reset the router if you can not remember it.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, you don't need to factory reset it. Which router is it? You can always login to routers & see the current pwd in clear.
