Hi there, I currently have virgin media broadband and I’ve just bought an ee broadband bundle will there be any issues with installing it if i already have a fibre line out in?

There should be no issues installing EE Fibre BB. They are completely diff lines & systems.

Have you cancelled your VM contract? You need to do that yourself. EE won't do it for you as it does for most other ISPs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

No so I’m getting the ee broadband for the upstairs of the house as the virgin media just isn’t doing it for us up there so was just hoping to see if that could actually work thanks

Hi@Addylaing1

Is it a Mobile Data (4G/5G) router that you've bought or fixed line?

@Addylaing1   @Christopher_G  Expensive way of resolving the problem. But if you've ordered fixed line broadband or mobile it would make no difference. VM is independant and delivered differently to EE. You won't have any issues.

It’s a fixed line

You'll be OK, it won't effect you VM connection.
