First bill

I got an email and a text today containing my first ee broadband bill due to the switchover from bt broadband.

However, when I click on the link to it and open the ee app, the bill is not there. When I open the ee app directly, the bill is not there.

The only bill on the app is my mobile phone data bill. Why can't I open my broadband bill?

Have you looked in your online EE a/c w/out using the app?

Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Yes I have tried ee without the app and it's still not there.

I am currently with BT for my broadband. Ee is part of BT so it's basically a move wothin the same company group and according to all the information I have seen, they are doing it all their end and I don't have to do a thing.

@Arx7arbalest1 If you got a BB Bill from EE then you are NOT with BT for your Broadband at all now. They may be in the Group together, and also getting the E-mail is just not 100% that it is there for you to view yet, give it sometime and it may show up on your account if linked correctly to your EE ID.

You do not have to do anything BT to EE, your old bills on the BT side you can see those for x Amount off time as allocated by BT.... All explained on the link below if it all works as expected.
