First Bill Wrong - Hope 2nd is ok !!

Recently moved from BT to EE customer

First bill they took incorrect payment 

Hoping the second one is going to be right

Anyone else had issues?

@dbubear There should be nothing vastly increased, you need to call EE CS to get someone to look at your problem...

@tractorboy70 Did EE send you the bill to view online, also 1st bill is sample and explains all, there may have been additional charges if they replaced your router, add on for postage. Your EE ID account will also show estimated 2nd bill, it does take 3 months of payments before it displays correct so you know, but payment amount is as per contract. HTH

Yes, they e taken a vastly increased payment for a package I never ordered, on both broadband and mobile, I’m hoping too it gets resolved when they take the next payments.
