Finding bill and overcomplicated

I have recently been told that BT is changing to EE and have been sent the new router and apple TV box. I didn't want apple TV and told the person on the phone, i have also been sent the WiFi booster which i didn't want. This new service seems to be too overcomplicated and useless, i am also finding it impossible to find my account details. I'm seriously thinking about changing suppliers and throwing the lot of this crap in the bin

@GarySluggett  You need to call customer support and tell them you didn’t want the Apple TV or the WiFi booster box.    If you want TV you have a choice of an Apple TV or a Pro box.  So if you didn’t want the Apple TV do you want the Pro box or didn’t you want a TV at all from EE ?

What ever do don’t bin them as they are not yours to bin they have to be returned should you change ISP.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
