Fibre

We've just been transferred to yourselves from BT. BT sent us a new Hub, however we have no information when or if we can get Fibre - we are still on copper. We keep getting emails and letters saying copper us being stopped but not receiving any further information. I work from home so obviously need Broadband. Will it be turned off without offering me anything? Will I need to look for another way of getting Fibre? I'm starting to feel helpless and frustrated and not receiving any information.

@Lbarron : Copper to the home BB is not being stopped everywhere but it will depend on your location. What is being stopped in Jan '27 is copper analogue landlines.

Do you know if you are on partial Fibre = Fibre to the Cab.(FTTC)?

@Lbarron Say what BT Hub you have from those in the BT Hub link, you may be getting a new one staying on copper but getting transferred to a DV (Digital Voice) connection, that requires the BT Smart Hub2 as a minimum or the EE Equivalent's. Thought that BT had stopped all this stupid internal transfer nonsense.
