False advertising

Why is it almost daily I am seeing EE adverts popping up on my television with Kevin Bacon giving it aww thousands of people can connect to this superfast broadband when I can’t even get a signal in my bathroom half the time and  my roommate struggles to get a signal in his room? We won’t be plagued with this problem tonight however by the looks of it as the wifi box is just staying red I have tried turning it on/off any other solutions?

@Sean6788  Have you tried relocating the router?    Electrical devices can cause issues with WiFi.  Ie the router next to a TV.
