hello dear sir or madam .. actually somebody using my account from EE now they got all my details
they also take money from my account I spoke to the EE last two weeks they i told them somebody took money from my account from EE and they check they said no one took money from EE to your account but today EE take money from my account my bill supposed to be £87 but when i check its was £117
im really worried because using all details i have depression i also scerd they people come to break my house thaks

Welcome to the community.
I recommend speaking to our Customer Support team again. They'll be able to search for that £117 and hopefully find out what it is for. If it looks like fraud, they'll be able to open an investigation on your account and hopefully put your mind at ease.
