I have just switched my broadband from Plusnet to EE . No problems setting up the router , I thought but I'm having troubles sending emails under my plusnet email address, its OK with gmail. I get this error message :

Sending of message failed. An error occured while sending mail. The mail server responded : <***> sender rejected, invalid domain  (no MX or A record) . Please verify that your email address is correct in you account settings and try again.

As far as I know I have changed nothing and my settings are correct. Any ideas please.

[Mod edit: email address removed for safety]

@theashbys100  yes of course they would.

There was a time where you could pay to keep your email, but that stopped a few years ago. Now when you leave all PN services will have ceased.

@theashbys100   did your PN email not close down when you left them?
