Ee smart hub

While playing Xbox my internet has extreme lag spikes to around 500+ ping on most games making them completely unplayable sometimes. My download speed is also terribly slow . The internet seems to work just fine on every other device in the house . Even after restarting the router multiple times it doesn’t change . Is there anything I can do try and sort this
