Keep going offline.

Just moved from bt broadband and most of the time my wifi is ok but every now and then I’m getting a message saying I’m offline. It’s a bit of a nuisance when filling out forms etc but it’s something I’ve never had before with BT. I’ve tried restart, putting in the cables again and restarting devices but still getting messages. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did they cure it.

I’ve recently changed from BT to EE and have had nothing but problems. Still not sorted after a good few months. Been sent a new router, had an engineer out to investigate, still no better. Main annoyance is our ring camera system is constantly struggling for WiFi signal. Never had an issue with BT and the camera hasn’t moved. Everything using the internet is also noticeably slower. 

not much help unfortunately but at least you know it’s not just you having problems
