Ee Wi-Fi hub cut off

Hi please tell me why you have shut my Wi-Fi off when the change over not till 10th June put my Ee hub back on

@Thea2013   No one here knows who you are this is a public forum not customer services.     If you are changing ISP what has EE got to do with the switch off when the new ISP takes over the line and so switching off EE as your BB provider.  

Did  you call customer service and give notice to terminate?  because you don’t have to but if you did you only need to give 14 days notice to terminate so when did you give notice?
