ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I always seem to get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET when using WIFI this doesnt happen when i use mobile data on my phone. Im using a laptop so both the laptop and mobile when connected via WIFI will give me ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on MY own website which I know works cos it works when viewed via Mobile Data....

Things ive tried

reset all TCP/Settings with the dns flush and so on

Emptied Google Cache

still to no avail so Im assuming its something thats to do with the router and the setup

Can anyone help

I phoned EE today and the Option of getting help from Technical side was Redundent..

The automated message kept asking me to insert my landline number I switched from BT to EE and never had a Landline number to begin with...

Then I decided to just phone BIlling and even that resulted in nobody after 45 minutes of music at 17:00 well before the 20:00 close time the phone rang and rang and rang and no pick up ???

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your connection. Is it just specifically your own website you are having an issue loading on your broadband or is it multiple specific websites you have an issue with?  

Do you have Web Protect enabled and if so does the website load if you turn it off? Have you been able to have anyone else with EE broadband test the website you are having an issue loading? 

I am sorry you had an issue getting in touch yesterday, if you do need to call up today to speak to our technical team you should not have the same issue you were having yesterday.
