I was told that I could cancel my servises with my provider and EE would pay me for early cancelation. It is now over 2 weeks and they are stone walling me over this. Switch-team will not reply to me and an agent. ********** keeps telling me that the switch team have not got back to him.
I beleive that have been lied to and EE have no intention of paying me back.

I have already complained lots of times. Each time they tell me they are looking into it. agents have also told me that they will email the switch team but they tell me that they have had not had a reply. This is stonewalling.

@Pablo2025 You send the information that is requested, and the switch team gets back to you direct with the conformation that everything was received from you, then the look into it all and scrutinise your final bill for the payment? Has none of that happened when you did that?
