I have contacted EE to stop the EE wifi hot-spot that others use to piggy back on my router. But it's not been stopped 3x. I tried everything. Even logging on to the router 192.168.1.254 and disabling WIFI. But that's not stopping the EE WIFI hot-spot on my router. It's a very strong signal that anyone can use on my router. I work in the government and need not only security but all available network. I heard a firmware update is behind this. It wasn't on older BT routers. Can you help please?

@Parasurfer49 You could always get your own router.

@Parasurfer49 What BT Router did you have, because the signal at that point was transmitted for YEARS just in case you missed that point, has recently been renamed as EE instead of BT as the starting prefix! It is a secure connection with no access to the Hub administration but yes it does suck the user bandwidth away if a third party connects on it!
