EE wifi customer « Log in now » doesn’t work

Hi there, 

I’m a BT customer but can’t access the EE Wifi (as in general roaming wifi). 

When I click on ‘Log in now’ (below ‘Already a customer?’), nothing happens. The box to log into the wifi doesn’t appear.

I can log in on my phone, so it’s just my laptop.

Can anyone help? It’s really frustrating!

not sure if this post has arrived too late but searching this forum I had a similar issue.

I was in a restaurant which I could find a EE hotspot but could not log in with my EE broadband account.

Tried changing my password but stuck in an endless loop.

Tried again recently with another location but it did not work either! 

Hoping someone can help with this issue 🙏

@Chandler72 Do you have EE broadband? Or pay for the feature to use if you are a mobile only customer? Legacy EE account or on a new EE broadband account?

I have this issue too. Connected to ee wifi via desktop.

Log in to be sent back to login screen!

Why offer this as a broadband and mobile customer and not have it working?

I get this problem everytime I try to log in as an EE Broadband customer... 

When you enter email and password and click log in, it just loops back round to the box selection screen for logging in again.

Come on EE I paid for your service and haven't once been able to sign in to actually make use of it! 

Pretty awful if you ask me.

Welcome to the Community!

If you haven't already, I'd recommend giving this a try on a different device, or see if you can open the login page in a different browser.

This should help us identify if it's an issue with your account, or linked to device / browser settings.
