I’m trying to play on my ps5 with my partner he is on his and the lag is unbearable cannot cope as your service is a joke you charged me for my landline number that you failed to get running it took you 6months to get it to work and setup direct debits etc and now your service is failing to run 2 ps 5 consoles…please do something with the speed of your broadband

What hub are you using?. Are you both playing over WiFi or Ethernet, as using Ethernet will give you a better connection online. What package are you on?.
