EE shop is more expensive than online deal for the same broadband

I bought a broadband service from EE shop which is 2£/mth more expensive than what EE is offering online for the exactly same broadband.

Shall I cancel and re-order online or can EE customer support sort out this, please?

The (from) prices EE advertise online for Fibre is for Fibre Without Landline. That is about £2 cheaper than the same Fibre but with a voice service. You must have bought 1 of those.

No landline, only broadband, exactly same specifications as far as I understand, but ee shop is much expensive than online offer.

Yes, ee retail shop on Nottingham high street.

I showed the staff about the offer in my ee application and showed him draft contract as well. The staff didn’t know why and couldn’t help.

Dunno why that should be. Another reason for not buying from an EE retail store on top of not getting a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from going live.
