I was with Plusnet owned by BT previously virgin many loss of service so no internet Plusnet no problem but BT shut down Plusnet mobile then BT sports so moved to BT to be fair more expensive but no problems then BT shut down/sold BT sports and removed boost (ability to use BT sports on multiple devices or phone/laptop)so has to move to EE to get same service except you guess at more money then I lose internet their response can fix in a couple of days then maybe 4 days so big business is good yeah right no care

@Davetwy27 It’s probably because no engineer is available until then. They don’t sit around waiting for you to report an issue so they only help you. And it’s the same engineers you had with with Plusnet and BT, Open reach engineers as they take care of the lines to your home.

Hi @Davetwy27
Not sure why this is incompetence.
Is it your line which is down or the router? Tried restarting it if the router.
Thanks
