Trying to get an update on my order from a human being is like trying to pull teeth!!

Going to be cancelling this order if someone doesn't respond by Monday

This is a public forum with no account access so cannot give you an answer. Have you tried ringing customer service and press the right numbers for broadband and speak to them?

You will not get a response here, you will have to speak to customer service.

I see you have mentioned it’s been like pulling teeth to get a human update, you able to expand? Because LiveChat, Social Media or Phone is all manned by humans, do you mean the wait times are long? I appreciate the average wait time is about 20-40 minutes for Home Connections and Home Connections Data Integrity Teams these teams are critical for order management and call volumes are high at the moment.

but you can absolutely self serve by using ee.co.uk or EE App.

You can Track your order HEREYou can also track it using the EE App.

Alternatively you can contact Customer Services because as @Schockwave has ready mentioned we’re a community and cannot access accounts here, only the EE Community Team, Mods and Admins have such access, but we don’t therefore I’d recommend calling up for a human to update you over the phone.
