Just switched from PlusNet. Routers I have used before run cool. Is it normal for the EE hub to be warm.

@bobholly : Yes, they can be warm to the touch but that's all. Not warm enough to toast bread!

Wireless in particular generates a lot of heat.
Rule of thumb in the IT industry is if it is too hot to keep your hand on it continuously then it is too hot.

@bobholly There is nothing stopping you getting a second hand BT Smarthub2 version that looks identical to that off your PN version although black/grey in colour, it will work just like your old PN version but with an Active ATA DV port on it....
