Ever since changing over to EE i've had nothing but issues when it comes to playing games, ping shoots up to 600-1000 download speeds drop to 15-20mb - when calling customer services it resolves in no issues, at the same time we have also had issues with drops seen over the line in which has resulted a new hub, even with the new hub the same issue still persists called up earlier and a open reach engineer is now going to be sent out - but from what i've seen on the forums im not alone on this at all.
Any idea on fixes etc as ive just recently upgraded to a higher speed package too and the results are still the same if not worse as it has become more unreliable than previous calls and complaints i've made to CS .

@Jaminski When did you change and from whom? What package are you on? Which router do you have?

I'm having similar issues.
I completely gave up trying to play a game tonight after being warned of networking issues multiple times, being disconnected multiple times, and my ping spiking multiple times making the game unplayable.
The SH+ is absolute trash.
I had better stability and range on the SH2.
You're not alone having issues since moving to EE, have a quick scroll through the forum.
I'd happily go back to BT at this point.
From reading on here there is no difference in the network, it's still BT, the only thing that has changed is the router.
