I use noip.com to host my domain. Since yesterday, my EE fibre broadband can't resolve my domain name. Resetting my router and the fibre modem doesn't help, I force my router to use Google DNS (8.8.4.4) and problem solved.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@tedani Thanks for replying, lets other customers know it is not based on the EE router brand.👍

It is apparently something wrong with EE's DNS because my devices can access to websites outside noip using the default network setting. Once my router is forced to use 8.8.4.4, I can access to all websites including noip.

Have you made any DNS changes to your domain name recently?
Would be useful to know what the domain name is but understand if you're not keen on sharing that.
I have a Dynamic DNS address hosted with NoIP, pointed at the nameservers below: -
Name Server: NF1.NO-IP.COM
Name Server: NF2.NO-IP.COM
Name Server: NF3.NO-IP.COM
Name Server: NF4.NO-IP.COM
And I have no problem resolving it using EE's DNS server: -
> nslookup [REDACTED].ddns.net 81.139.56.100
Server: UnKnown
Address: 81.139.56.100
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: [REDACTED].ddns.net
Address: 86.166.[REDACTED]
