Is it possible to use aerials on the Smart Hub Plus via the USB port? I have a Smart Hub at the bottom of the stairs, but the Smart WiFi box at the top of the stairs is permanently on orange.
I agree with everyone else who claims the BT Hubs are better because my first experience with EE is not good. I either have to be able to crank up the signal strength or fit Hi Gain aerials... if possible!
Thanks in advance

@Skazmo Can you post back the model number of both your EE Router and the SmartWi-Fi device, there is no way to boost your EE Router in any way, try moving the booster closer to the Router, will send you the EE Smart Wi-Fi tech link below.

Edit: from the link above, Orange - Smart WiFi Plus is working okay. Try moving it closer to the hub or one of the other Smart WiFi Plus devices.

The USB port of the SH+ is ineffective for users. It is understood it is for diagnostics by EE developers.

@JimM11 I have a Smart Hub Plus (despite joining in 2024, I seem to have an 'old' hub) and a Smart WiFi 2023.
I understand that moving devices closer helps but if WiFi can't get up the stairs through no brick walls then something has to be missing. Maybe I should have a more up to date router but it's a shame you can't boost the signal in some way.

The SH+ is the latest. Why do you think it's 'old'?
