Can anyone BT/EE customers or other non BT/EE customers (excluding BT/EE employees/agents etc) please help? Please let me know if is what I'm paying is a reasonable rate ?

TV package : Entertainment £19.42 per month
(this is NOW Entertainment Membership, Netflix Basic & discovery+ Basic)

@JimM11 : That BB Price Guide only gives max prices far higher than what they are currently sold at, e.g. Essential Full Fibre 50 is listed there @ £66 but is currently sold @£30..

@100bars Depends if the contract is almost up so an upgrade can be made. You’ll not get a reduction in price just because there are now cheaper options. At the time this was taken out that was the agreed price and was accepted. There’s always something better if you hold off but how long do you hold off for.

Interesting, I’m concerned that I have been wrongly sold Fibre 50 full works and yet I have copper upto the house, so can never achieve the performance anyway ?

@100bars Depends on your line and how far from cabinet, i am on fibre 50 and syncing at 45mb/s currently. They are a little aggressive on the package selection, but then aren't all ISP pushing the limits?

You can get 80 Meg with copper up to the house or even 330 Meg if you have G.Fast.
1. Post your full router stats:
- For a BrightBox: login and go to Advanced Settings > System > DSL Status. Also post 'System Uptime' from top of System Log page.
- For a SmartHub: login and go to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information. Obscure your names & any numbers in the BB Username & also the SSIDs.
- For other routers: login to it according to the label on it as the admin user & navigate looking for its router/connection statistics.
2. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
