EE closed my broadband account for no reason

EE closed my account yesterday ? says I made an order , but thats impossible as I am away with no phone signal??? what is going is going on??

@Lee24802793 : It may be that someone else has ordered BB from any ISP & given the wrong addy in your street. That would trigger your line being taken over. I should get onto EE PDQ & refuse the takeover.

EE sent me an email saying I closed my broadband account yesterday ??, impossible as away on holiday with no phone signal
