I have tryed contacting ee but no luck i am not getting my full package that I am paying for if anything it's below 100 what do I do

@sarahhall446544 : Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

My broadband is 150 and it don't even cover the full house £30 a month

We want to be sure you're getting what you'd expect from your plan, so I'd love to help. Are the issues you're having with your speeds constant, or do you only notice this happening at certain times?

@sarahhall446544 There is nothing attached as to proof of your speed, what is your method of testing, and your router may not cover the whole home depending on were you have it positioned and how it is connected.
