I have updated my BT contract and was told I must now move to EE. My new equipment arrived and was duly installed. Initially it seemed okay and worked, with a few devices connecting to the new router. Then suddenly everything reverted back to the BT router (which is not connected) and the EE router does not appear in the list of available networks. I have tried scanning the QR code from the router and it says it cannot connect. We rely on WiFi calling when at home so now have nothing - no phone, no WiFi, no TV, no access to heating. 12 hours so far without connectivity.
we have tried turning everything off and starting again, the equipment is all solid aqua but still nothing.
My experience of EE is poor and I am considering cancelling the contract if I can’t get connected soon.
