Hello,

switched to BT on May 19, paid my last EE bill that was for the period from May the 1st to May 31, a few minutes ago EE sent me a new full bill for the period from June the 1st to June 30. Does anyone know why?

Thank you

Switching to Full Fibre (FTTP) from not Full Fibre doesn't auto cancel your existing BB and contract. You need to call EE and give your 14 days notice to cancel. BT should've warned you of this.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

What BB did you switch from with EE to what with BT? In some circumstances moving ISP does not auto cancel previous BB and contract.

@Antony4  did you switch your phone line, or just start a new full fibre contract with BT?

Switched from the fibre broadband without landline to the full fibre without landline.

Unfortunately BT didn't warn me of that, anyway called EE my broadband will be disconnected and the last bill issued, next Monday.

Thanks for your help.
