I am one of the customers who cannot access the wifi controls on the EE app for the new broadband service. Can see loads of people are having the same issue. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting the router but like everyone else this doesn’t work. It seems to be an issue that has been ongoing for years. I am a legacy customer upgrading to the new version and there is nothing to show for it. One of the main reasons I upgraded was because of the wifi control feature that I cannot access. This is false advertising and whenever I call up, EE tech support state they are updating the software or to give it some time…. Has there been a work around done for this yet?

I am a legacy EE customer. Wifi works albeit not very well upstairs. I just want to be able to split the wifi to 2.4 and 5 when I want, control all the connected devices and set it to turn off when I want from the app. Anything I should have in place to kickstart my app?

No I get the same it’s being looked into. Once my contract is up I’m off like you said false advertising this was a big feature I was looking to use.

I've also upgraded to the EE Wi-Fi 7 Smart Hub pro & I'm experiencing the same issue. I cannot for the life of me select 'Wi-fi Controls' on the Home page & cannot connect to the Smart Hub, when trying to connect using 'Manage' > 'Set up WIFI controls' > 'Yes I'm at home' > 'Setup Smart Hub Pro' > 'Scan'/'Set up manually'
I've tried the above on an android device & also an iPad. Neither is able to pair to the router. The attempt to pair goes on for ages & then eventually times out after a while (haven't timed it!)

Hey there @LostBoyNav, welcome to the EE Community!
Just to be sure, has the EE app been fully up to date on all of the devices you've tried pairing with your Hub?
If you haven't already, can you please try a full reset on your Hub then give this another try?
