I've hit yet another snag since moving over from BT to EE: when I open the app and go to manage my broadband, and select WiFi, it says I can't manage the settings because I'm not connected to my home WiFi. But I am: the router shows the phone as connected and active and I can access the internet.
Anyone else had this and did you find a fix?

Still not solved for me. I get the weekly phone call but no evidence of action. This week I was told that problem may not be fixable - something to do with confusion between mobile id and broadband id. I will now push for a transfer back to BT

Hi all, I have upgraded to WiFi 7 and so far it looks like a lot of the issues have been resolved. Hub UI is working as expected and management via the App is working.

Came here with the same problem in July 2025, so disappointing to find it has been ongoing for at least 18 months. App is appallingly slow and keeps telling me the network can be viewed and come back later, been like that for a week!
