EE and BT

I was offered a home broadband by EE, I didn’t know is coming from BT actually .

2 weeks waiting for an engineer and when arrived , he said he can not connect to any network . I’ve send the entire pack sealed back to EE. One month later in my credit score with Transunion appears £39 NOT PAID as default, against BT and 200 points down from my credit score . Called BT 2 times, they said sorry , nothing changed , called EE few times and after 3 months ( in default by BT’s error) they admitted their mistake and removed the default from my account , still never got the credit score points back ! I tried everything, nobody could do anything except sorry after sorry . Me unlucky or BT some idi0ts?

I find your comment out of context, the purpose of my post was to show people what BT can do without even trying to call me before deciding to add that error bill on NO PAID. they might’ve even sold the debt to other companies specialised in debt recovery….

It was trying to ascertain whether & what BB you can get from EE, in response to "he said he can not connect to any network" but if you're past that stage then ignore it.
