Hi @anthony135

Welcome to the community.

If your 'go live' day is today, it may be that your account is still being fully set up. Could you give it a try tomorrow and let us know if it works?

I am unable to see your image as it needs to be approved by a moderator, but are you sure that you're signing into the right WiFi SSID? Your use of the terms "Opt In" makes me think it could be the wrong WiFi connection.

Your router will appear as EE-****** (where the * is a sequence of letters and numbers that should be visible on the card that detaches from the back of your Hub).

If it is "EE WiFi" you're trying to sign into, this is a public hotspot and not the actual details for your Hub.

Don't worry, the images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

The OP is trying to use the public EE WiFI network, not his own router, & should be logging in to it with his EE ID a/c creds.

I am trying this. but i get an error "Please check you are registered to access Wifi."

and then i get the other error when i try opt in

Then the advice of @Christopher_G to wait is probably best to let your EE a/c be set up.

Makes more sense now cheers @XRaySpeX.

@anthony135 Sounds like it may be because it's the "Go Live" day today as @Christopher_G  says and that the EE WiFi system doesn't recognise that you've gone live yet as an active EE Broadband customer.

It's possible that there's an issue with registering for EE WiFi when you're on the 1.6Gb packages as the EE WIFI asset tag might not get automatically applied to those accounts unlike the other packages due to the new tech ordering system. But it's hard to say at this early stage, it's more likely to be the former and if you give it some time it may begin to work.
