EE WiFi 7 router possible problems

I have my WiFi 7 router for a few weeks now and all was ok, yesterday had to unplug my Philips tv and Alexa echo show after pluging in and restarting the tv I found on the apps iplayer tvx and 4 would not open alother aps are ok next restarted alexa and put in WiFi details but would not start came up with sign saying could not connect with amozon phoned the help line after lots of checks said it was my WiFi problem even though it was connected with very good signal also the tv had good signal through WiFi then my wife came home from work tryed useing her phone found google would not work and facebook and some other apps turned of WIfi just had 4g it all worked she phoned me this morning to say connected to work WiFi all was ok, have done speed tests and showing all ok, any idears.

Problem sorted phoned next gen team went through a few things and found out I had put parental controls on homegroup 1 with out realising it took it off all ok now.
