I was sent a hybrid connect until I can get my broadband, however there is nowhere for me to plug in my ethernet cable in my house, just a phone line, so I cannot connect it to my hub as my hub has nowhere to go so I am confused about what to do!

@Kalieghlou   Are you sure that is what yu have been sent?

Does it look like the one on this link? https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/hybrid-connect-set-up

Plug it into your router. Your router has nowhere to go yet as your BB isn't installed but the the Hybrid Connect is intended for using when you don't have BB which you don't. So it should work providing EE have activated it prior to installation.

Yes, that's definitely what I have been sent! Along with a BT hub.

I did try this but the router just kept showing a flashing purple light, how do I know if EE activated it?

Doesn't matter what the router is doing. The Hybrid Connect is for using when the router is getting no BB. In fact you should be able to use it on its own. It's only a mobile router after all.

Suck it & see!
