Elderly parents have recently changed from BT hub to EE Smart Hub.

Landline phone is plugged into router, no longer get pulsed dial tone if anyone has left a message.

Can anyone help please?

@Stig6 The pulsed tone on voicemail indication is reported as no longer working. There is no indication unless it is on an advanced phone were there is a visual on screen that message is indicated. Nothing else that can be said about it at present.
