Configured DDNS when i initially setup the new Smart Hub Pro and it was working fine, updated overnight to firmware version r2.64.3-R-1213091-PROD-1 and now DDNS sits at connecting constantly and doesnt update. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Reset of router has made no difference.DDNS.jpg

Hmm, i will enable it again and see when the next update gets pushed to the NoIP site, i know the BT Smart hub 2 used to push updates regardless of IP change quite frequently as you could see it in the logs however the logs on the Pro hub are  limited and show no DDNS attempts to update 🙂

When you say they are both the same, what do you mean?

You asked about the firmware versions? Both my Smart Hub Plus and Smart Hub Pro are the same firmware versions as you have posted 🙂

@Huggons1 + FW is currently same as mine, supposed to be a newer out matching the similar features of the Pro with DDNS restored to function but not seen it yet, so can only go with what the OP has said. Link to that post below.

@Huggons1 Understand that you would like what is on the tin to be correct, but really it just does not work that way, fix today break tomorrow, have you tried setting up a compatible network with the Pro Router, who knows what is in the minds of the FW writers with regards to wi-fi 7 operation, there is possible something that they are working towards, it's all just so fluid...

You may be better to look see, why you think that the 2.4Ghz is clashing, should not be with your channel 25 selection on that zigbee...

Thanks, but I still feel that it should work as designed. Hopefully the below will go some way to explain why I need to be able to fix my channels in relation to my device and ZigBee...

ZigBee channels 25-26 aren't immune either, because they can be caught in Wi-Fi channel 11's sideband lobe (see Sideband Lobes below). ZigBee channel 26 is usually relatively unaffected by Wi-Fi, but many ZigBee devices do not support it.
