Can someone to the love of god help me?

I have been moved from bt to ee and the upload lag ping for gaming is like 3k jitter.

i am wanting to try fix this by getting new third party hub but unsurprisingly ee hub isn’t great to do this and will get double Nat?
Can anyone help

@Brownc1 Download is good, upload not to bad, 400ms delay at times, is that with everything off?

Yeah mate.

I don’t mind spending money on a router which will fix my issue.

is there one out there that you know would fix it no matter the £?

Just want to say thanks for your help

@Brownc1 Have been doing this for 45+ Years, i am an Engineer and if you want to go chat GPT then knock your socks off!

Bye!

I didn’t mean to cause offence?

I don’t know anything about wifi so I am trying to ensure I’ve covered all bases.

I think the messages are the delayed

Really? You seem to have a good grasp of routers used for FTTC & for FTTP as above except you are not aware you have FTTC in your home, not FTTP, & you can replace the EE router by any DSL modem router w/out causing a double NAT.

Same here! We seem to have our wires crossed. You don't have FTTP (Full Fibre).

I apologise if I’ve caused any offence. Wasn’t my intention

Ok so I’ll buy the router that was mentioned
