Can someone to the love of god help me?
I have been moved from bt to ee and the upload lag ping for gaming is like 3k jitter.
i am wanting to try fix this by getting new third party hub but unsurprisingly ee hub isn’t great to do this and will get double Nat?
Can anyone help

@Brownc1 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? EE doesn't have a SH2.

I have no wifi extenders.
i live in a 1 bed apartment and only have 4 devices connected.
I cannot play ps5 because my gaming feels very delayed. However on start up where games show ping the ping is always 10ms which is good.
but look at the images ive attached. Clearly shows major issue. I’ve had open reach out and said they cant see issue.
my hub smart hub sh20a

@Brownc1 You have what is known as the EE Smarthub (2023) the Equivalent to the BT Smarthub2 with all the good bits stripped out operational wise. While your pictures are getting cleared for viewing, is the PS5 connected by Ethernet cable to the back off the EE Router or are you doing this all as a wireless wi-fi connection?

So even on Ethernet cable it makes no difference

Essentials fibre 67. Can’t get full fibre in my area if not I would’ve got it

@Brownc1 Have you factory reset the EE Smarthub (2023) yet?

I’ve had the hub replaced. Trust me I’ve done all the at home trouble shooting advices by ee. I’ve had this issue for months. I’ve been told I can leave for free. However I just want to have normal working WiFi.
is there a third party hub I can connect? That will not cause Nat 3 on ps5?
Like I say Ethernet cable does not improve the lag and delayed input.

@Brownc1 Since you have so little devices connected, would 1. only have the PS5 Ethernet connected and all others off. then you can run tour test again. 2. same results then do a factory reset on your EE Router, run the test and see what it returns?
Looks like you may be on a fttc copper connection running into a OR Master Phone socket. Run the speed test below, think you are going to see packet loss and also very poor upload control on the line! Test is very detailed....
