Can someone to the love of god help me?

I have been moved from bt to ee and the upload lag ping for gaming is like 3k jitter.

i am wanting to try fix this by getting new third party hub but unsurprisingly ee hub isn’t great to do this and will get double Nat?
Can anyone help

Ok so I’ve created an account.
I’ve logged in and found the hub .

now it’s saying will I connect device phone or Ethernet.

I thought was phone and says use the splitter but the splitter on one side does not fit into anything

@Brownc1 Phone to the RJ11 just the same as the EE Router is connected. You do not need a splitter!

Asks for user name and password

Is that from back hub mate

@Brownc1 It could be that, if not the same as your account from earlier!

Says from my internet provider isp

@Brownc1 From the earlier link

Broadband username or login name:bthomehub@btbroadband.com
Broadband password:BT

I’ve nkw logged in and it’s set up

upload and download look low.

what do I do now mate plz

@Brownc1 Does the tp indicate that you are online and connected?

Hi mate do download and upload good back to normal.

just done speed test upload jitter now max 300 which is a crazy improvement

and on bufferfloat test I’m graded c now not F

But download ping is bit higher and I’ve just tested online game and it’s probably now worse 😞

@Brownc1 Are you ethernet connected with your PS5 not interested in the wireless wifi yet!
