EE App-Manage Broadband/speed test issue

Hi all, 

Since i moved to EE from BT on the 26/03 I have tried to carry out spoed tests via the manage my broadband option and on a rare occasion it does it but most of the time its telling me " you've lost connection" etc. this happens a lot and is extremely frustrating. My wifi is always on and never drops so I don't understand why it says this. Can this be resolved so I can use the manage my broadband speed test without this constant issue plz?

Same issue here . App won’t process a speed test T the Hub to diagnose slower speeds at devices

@Adrishi Until it get's fixed by the EE app developers or whatever is going on with the EE side of things, then run the independent fast test with a web browser, it WILL give you a similar idea and hit the update button to see all displayed. Link is below!
