I have seen quite a few posts with users not reaching the desired 1.6Gb speed they are sold with the supplied hardware they are sent from EE, personally it's the support that's lacking in my case but hey ho.!!
This will cause some not to be too happy and I agree but to resolve most issues it will need better hardware such as a router with a 2.5Gb LAN port & WiFi 6e something like this below I bought, There are cheaper options I know so do search around.😊
Then to transfer your superfast connection through your network to all your devices maybe a 2.5Gb switch taking away the bottleneck. BOOM Full Speed.😁
As I said yes EE should supply hardware to make this tier work at full capacity but they don't so to take away the headache this should be your answer.
Not looking for a battle with anyone regarding this subject and it will cost extra but here is the answer in my opinion..😉
