Downloading a game on my computer and download speed says 2mbps this can’t be right

@Harmony14 Is it only the game and everything else is ok?

I bet you it says something like 2 MB /sec. Downloads are usually measured in Bytes (B) not bits (b). So that would be equivalent to transfer speeds of 16 - 20 Mbps. Also download programs tend not the use the whole bandwidth of the server or the recipient.

What speed BB plan do you have?

Have you run the speed test in the EE app? That will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing.

Yeah it’s the down load speed but yet I’m meant to have a download speed of 700mbps but it also lags when in a game

@Harmony14 You are not supplying enough information when you post, having FF900 with a min 700Mb/s means nothing at all! So far the Forum knows you have a PC and Now a FF900 connection, it's all getting there slowly like your speed.
