Newly transferred to 'digital'. Not at all tech savvy. EE are now asking me to "Activate my discovery+ subscription. No explanation or details re what this is. Can anyone explain?
Well, at least I can now see that it refers to a TV channel, presumably a normally pay channel coming free. In light of general impression of dissatisfaction with EE from posts so far (and the lack of choice re transfer from BT) I think I'll just cut my losses and do without the Discovery channel. Good luck to all of us who are now doomed to sail in EE's wonky boat!
