Disconnect every time when I'm watching Netflix

Hi there,

I'm using smart broadband router, one of the lan port connected to a homeplug.

The other homeplug connect to a switch hub share to two devices. Android TV box, and My smart TV.

Every time I try to watch Netflix in my smart TV or watching something in android TV box, it will disconnect.
Is totally work fine if using Wi-Fi, even use both devices at the same time.

Is Smart router not support homeplug?

No, Homeplugs/Powerlines are not particularly reliable or consistent. Better to use WiFi as you have discovered.

Because my living room have a weak Wi-Fi signal, so I use this homeplug to extend my network. Anything I can do to support homeplug?
