Join EE IN JANIARY FROM BT, MISTAKE!
no trouble with BT DD FOR YEARS and now every month Ee have failed to collect even though I went to the EE to set it up.
Now abroad and struggling to paid due to web site saying not available all the time.
i see they have already charged me overdue payment as they aren’t taking any blame by the looks of things.
what’s the best way to pay when you aren’t in Europe?

Still stuck abroad and with EE failing to action DD AGAIN even after it was set up them from the EE SHOP. WORSE THING I ever did moving from BT TO EE in January for no gain just loads of hessel and payment issues followed by threats of disconnection , late charges, and reconnection charges. Amazingly can’t log in from abroad and have tried many times over the last week so don’t know what’s happening there!
hopefully someone from EE WILL READ THIS and not disconnect me before I get home and find out why they have messed up my DD THREE TIMES now over 4 months. And also get my bill paid.
wish I never moved to EE.
