Digital voice

I have just switched over from BT to EE for my broadband/digital voice and have swapped over from BT smart hub 2 to the new EE smart hub plus. My broadband went active yesterday but my digital voice service is not working on the new hub. The BT digital voice phone is registered correctly to the hub but there is no voice service available on the hub itself. In fact if I log into my BT account the voice service is still showing as a product on the BT account even though the Broadband service is not. I restarted the hub this morning to see if that helped but it had no effect. Anybody else having the same issue?

Must say I have very much appreciated all your help and guidance on this matter.

After being told by the EE tech, who has tried their best BTW, that there was nothing more that can be done and that it would be a minimum of 2 weeks before I could expect any further contact from an "enhanced tech team", to try and solve my digital phone issues, the decision was made to reinstall the BT equipment.  

All is now functioning as if nothing has happened, desktops and  tablets re-connected themselves to the old HUB, DV is back up and running with the ability to make and receive calls with all stored contacts available, SKY was manually reconfigured and working flawlessly.

Clearly, there was no need to send out replacement equipment and that which was sent is also clearly not fit for purpose.  Accordingly, I think I am duty bound to advise EE of my experience.  But first I'm going for a lie down!!

@yankee99 Just glad we could help, and not to painful for you to go back, have a cup of tea, relax and prepare for the battles ahead, BT router should be good, but do keep an eye on the DV side, would expect them to call you to shove the EE router back on, so they can try to get DV working. Back up your contacts when you get time you will need them are a lot of messing about with your phone.👍 👌😶
