Hi
Since moving to digital landline , my handset wont allow me to use IVR systems , it tells me that digits are not recognised
Anyone any ideas how this can be rectified please ?

Can you please let me know how exactly your phone is connected to your Hub since making the switch to Digital Voice?
Did you pair this directly via the WPS button, or is it an older phone plugged directly into the green phone port on the back of your Hub?

@HelenH24 Where is the handset connected too, back of the EE router or to a DVA remote plugged connection?
